Work
I've had some awesome opportunities to create and improve experiences for a range of brands. Below are a few samples of work that I've directed and designed.

Experience
My current role, I lead all design initiatives, overseeing the end-to-end experience of our core product. I've founded and nurtured a creative and innovative Design team, contributing to a culture of excellence. My leadership extends to the broader product organization, where I drive impactful user research initiatives.
I established the design practice and grew the product design team 3x, as the company scaled from roughly 40 to 350 employees and series C extended funding. Managed and mentored an awesome crew of designers. Partner with leadership peers on strategy, product vision, GTM, and product/platform evolution. Led a full company rebrand, launched in June '22.
I was the principal designer for Growth on the Experience Design team. I helped establish design systems and an integrated DesignOps team. I was a close partner with Brand, evolving our design language and establishing harmony with Product. I served as a mentor to other designers and as an advocate for Design.
I led a team of multidisciplinary designers + freelancers at Heat, a brand consultancy acquired by Deloitte Digital. The Studio specialized in digital advertising, brand identity, UI/UX design, and new business opportunities. Clients included EA, Twitter, Wild Turkey, Hotwire, Transamerica, and BNP Paribas.
I was a senior member of the digital studio at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners one of the most respected and awarded agencies ever, working on General Motors' Chevrolet business. My focus areas were CRM marketing, model-year catalog, national brand, and retail.
